The idea behind the firm
Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have a pilot-to-production problem, and it's organizational: which use cases actually move revenue, whether the data can support them, and how to get teams to adopt them. Solving that takes two disciplines that rarely sit in the same consultancy: leadership that has shipped enterprise technology for decades, and leadership that thinks in pipeline, conversion, and brand. That pairing is how every engagement runs.
If a recommendation can't be traced to an income-statement line item, it doesn't go in the report.
Leadership
Founder · Technology Lead
Matthew has spent thirty years building software that had to work at scale: e-commerce systems handling millions of orders, enterprise platforms, and AI and IoT infrastructure. He's the founder of NexSpark, where AI shortlists and a human makes every final call. He brings the same philosophy to client work: the algorithm finds the overlap, and an operator decides what's worth doing.
On engagements, Matthew owns the technology side: architecture and stack review, data readiness, pilot-to-production planning, and the honest assessment of what your systems can and can't support.
Growth & Marketing Lead
Kenneth is a veteran marketing executive who builds growth systems, not campaigns: referral economics where payouts follow real outcomes, cohort and scarcity strategy grounded in honesty, and funnels instrumented so every channel answers for its numbers. His work runs live inside NexSpark's own products today.
On engagements, Kenneth owns the revenue side, mapping where AI lifts demand generation, pipeline quality, pricing, and retention. He pressure-tests every opportunity against a simple question: will this show up in the pipeline?
Brand & Marketing Operations
Rebecca builds the marketing infrastructure most companies skip: full brand and content standards systems with real governance (ownership, versioning, approval workflows), plus social and content programs designed to compound rather than churn. She authored NexSpark's complete brand standards system, from visual identity through content production.
On engagements, Rebecca leads brand and marketing-operations workstreams, auditing how your content and campaign machinery actually runs and where AI fits into it without breaking your voice.
